Now that October is here, let's scare ourselves into doing stuff! What can you do? Check out this list:

1) Hunter Education  - Hunting season is just around the corner. Online courses are available to get you hunter ready!

2) Dirt Bike Course -  Since 2008 dirt bike enthusiast must take a dirt bike course in order to ride any trails off your own property. Click here to check the Rules & Regulations 

3) Hal-Con Sci-Fi Convention - The Biggest, Geekiest Sci-Fi convention in Atlantic Canada

4) River Breeze Farm - 4 Haunted Houses, 2 Haunted Mazes, 9 Nights of Terror! Opening Oct. 7th

5) Go Apple Picking! - We are so lucky to live close to the valley! Great apple picking opportunities here.

6) Bollywood Night at Home - Enjoy a wonderful Indian meal at home with friends and family. Curbside pick-up at the Best Western Truro   October 27th

7) A Halloween Special: Shrek the Drag Show - October 30th

8) Hatfield Farm Cowboy Adventures -  Take the horse-drawn wagon ride to Fort Clayton. Meet animals at the petting farm, and enjoy All-You-Can-Eat All beef Jumbo Hot Dogs
