In the post-Columbine era, many believed that kids and teens needed hard discipline to keep them on the straight and narrow. However, as more and more young people were receiving shocking sentences for minor offenses a disturbing pattern of corruption and lies surfaced.

This is the true story of corrupt judges designing a "Kids for Cash" scheme that sent more than 2400 children and teens to a for-profit detention center.
